Informative Brochure with Response Envelope

Here's an example of a great idea with a bad design! Notice the solid blue ink on the envelope pocket? The remoistenable glue on the envelope flap can't adhere to its intended destination when the ink covers the entire paper surface! In order for a sure seal to occur, at least 50% fiber must be available. The test of this is fiber tear. If there is no fiber tear when the sealed flap is opened, the envelope may not stay sealed through the postal system. Have the ink (varnishes, too!) screened back to at least 50% to allow the glue to get to the paper! This will assure a tight seal!
